Painting - "First Tulip Festival" - Acrylic Painting by artist Charlotte Rollman. "This was a painting on a chilly morning at the Oakes Farm in Corryton, TN. My color palette was outdone by nature and the tulips. When I left later that afternoon, the scene was so different in the sunshine, the tulips changed and I wanted to paint it again!"
