Acrylic Painting - "Our Lady in Auvers" - This painting is about Van Gogh as he painted this church and was buried up the hill with Theo, his bother. It is not so big but was from 1300. While we were painting under the shade trees along on side walk musicians were coming in for a summer concert later…. I wished I could have stayed. I am sure Van Gogh worked into the night on this one as it has so many angles and is difficult. Vincent’s church is blue and mine is pink but he was here with me.
