Painting - "Blue Ridge Overlook" - I wanted to share a painting I recently completed at Luftee Overlook, just past the North Carolina state line.
While the sun is often so bright there that it is difficult to see and paint, the clouds were the highlight of the day. I initially went to cool off and take in the view, and the clouds beautifully accentuated the layers of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
