Painting - "Black-Eyed Susans" - Painted at the Knoxville Botanical Gardens. I painted this one so fast I forgot to take pictures while painting. I remember the day like yesterday as it is painted on a board and not canvas and being a transitional painting between my oil painting and acrylic painting. Even though it is hard to paint outside with fast drying acrylics, it feels better to me as oil paint is too slow. I also love the captured movement in this painting.
