Plein Air Painting Classes

Artists John Adkins and Charlotte Rollman both offer Plein Air painting classes, John in oils and Charlotte in acrylics.

These classes are offered by appointment only. Call John at 256-738-7569 for plein air oil painting or Charlotte at 815-761-7833 for plein air acrylic. Please leave a message and we will return your call if we do not recognize your number.

Classes are offered Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, weather permitting. You will need to bring your own outdoor painting equipment and painting supplies or make prior arrangements. A list will be provided of what you will need for the class.

The class price is $35.00 per hour. Plan on at least 3 hours at the painting site. Upon request a critique will be given.

John and Charlotte are both seasoned plein air painters. Plein air is translated from French meaning "fresh air" and "painting outside".
